Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days from the date your order was received, unless the merchandise is FINAL SALE.
- Please email customer service at hello@velvettorchfashions.com to start the return process.
- You will be provided with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which must be marked on the package or written on a note inside. Once RMA is generated you will have 7 days to return the merchandise to us or RMA will be voided. Original shipping charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
We cannot accept Velvet Torch merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores. Please return to the original location purchased, contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Should you receive damaged, defective or wrong items, please contact customer service immediately to coordinate the return/exchange of merchandise.
Velvet Torch is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages en route to our warehouse and cannot issue a refund if such an event occurs. Any returns received by our warehouse that are not in compliance with our Return Policy and not eligible for a refund will be held for up to 7 calendar days before being donated or disposed of. You may choose to have your merchandise returned to you at your cost, or abandon it: in which case, we will donate or dispose of it for you.
Return Conditions
Clothing returns must be in their original state, with all hanger tags and price tickets attached. Clothing must not show any signs of wear, or it will not be accepted.
All bodysuits must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unused with tags attached.
